Hotel's Touch - Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how STATIM d.o.o. ("STATIM", "Hotel's Touch", "we", "our") processes information when you use the Hotel's Touch mobile applications.

These applications are enterprise applications intended exclusively for organizations that are customers of Hotel's Touch. Users cannot register accounts, create subscriptions or purchase services through the applications. Access is managed by the customer's administrator.

Depending on the application and enabled features, we may process:

User account information

Device Permissions

Camera

Used by: Hotel's Touch IDscan, Hotel's Touch Front Desk, TICKETINGcloud, ATTENDreader

Reading identity documents for legal guest registration.
Scanning QR codes and barcodes.
Ticket validation.
Capturing an employee photo during attendance registration when enabled by the customer's administrator.

The camera is never used for continuous recording, facial recognition, advertising or profiling.

Location

Used by: ATTENDcloud, TASKScloud

ATTENDcloud may collect location during clock-in and clock-out only when location verification has been enabled by the customer organization's administrator.

TASKScloud may collect location while a work task is active only for tasks where location tracking has been enabled by the customer organization's administrator.

Location processing depends on both:

the configuration selected by the customer organization's administrator; and
the user's decision to grant location permission.

If the user does not grant location permission, location information is not collected.

Where supported by the application, background location may be processed only while an active location-tracked task is in progress and only after the required Android permission has been granted by the user.

Location information is used exclusively for attendance verification and work-related task execution. It is never used for advertising, marketing, profiling or sold to third parties.

Bluetooth

Used by: ATTENDsetup, POScloud, Hotel's Touch Front Desk

Bluetooth is used only for communication with supported hardware such as attendance devices and receipt printers.

NFC

Used by: ATTENDreader

NFC is used exclusively to read RFID/NFC employee identification cards or tags for attendance registration (clock-in and clock-out).

Notifications

Applications may send work-related notifications regarding tasks, reservations, attendance and other operational events.

User Permissions

Permissions are requested only when required by the selected feature. Users may deny Camera, Location, Bluetooth or Notification permissions. Denying a permission may disable specific features but does not affect unrelated functionality.

How We Use Information

Provide application functionality.
Authenticate users.
Record attendance.
Manage reservations.
Execute work tasks.
Validate tickets.
Support legally required guest registration.
Maintain security and reliability.

Data Sharing

Information is shared only with the customer organization, trusted service providers required to operate the service, or where required by law.

Data Controller and Data Processor

Customer organizations generally act as the Data Controller. STATIM d.o.o. generally acts as the Data Processor by providing and maintaining the Hotel's Touch platform.

Advertising

Hotel's Touch applications do not display third-party advertisements and do not use personal information for advertising, marketing or profiling.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.

Data Retention

Data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the services or comply with legal obligations.

Your Rights

Requests regarding personal information should first be submitted to the employer or organization that provided access to the application.

Children's Privacy

Our applications are intended exclusively for business users and are not directed to children.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on our website.
